Pierre’s Caribbean Cuisine is more than just a place to eat—it’s the realization of a family dream. Founded by Ananias Pierre with the support of his wife, Marie Pierre, and their two children, our restaurant is rooted in love, tradition, and a shared passion for Haitian-Caribbean cuisine.

 

The idea began in a heartfelt conversation in our family home, where we gathered together in my parents’ room to discuss everything from our name to our mission. This dream was built on a strong foundation—my mother’s prior experience as a restaurant owner in Haiti. She knew firsthand the dedication, knowledge, and hard work it would take to run something of this magnitude. With her guidance, and our family’s passion, we were ready.

 

In May 2016, the first Pierre’s Caribbean Cuisine opened its doors on the corner of 111th Street and 7th Avenue in Miami, FL. The outpouring of love and support from the community has been nothing short of a blessing. Every day since, we’ve been honored not just to serve incredible Haitian-Caribbean cuisine, but to create a place where people and cultures come together.

 

Thanks to that success, nine years later we were proud to open our second location in Hallandale, FL. This new space is more than a restaurant—it’s a destination. Guests can enjoy the same delicious flavors we’re known for, alongside a full bar, musical entertainment, hookah, and an atmosphere designed for pure enjoyment.
